Diabetes Yogic Cure
Brawn added atta for Chapatis, Methi, Karela and Palak, vegetable salad, jamun and fruft juices can control the diabetes. Two-three flowers of Sadabahar is useful preventive method.
Paschimottanasana, Makarasana, Uddiyanabandh, Yogmudra, Ardhamatsyendrasana, Suptavajrasana, Uttanpadasana, Mayurasana and Nadishodhan Pranayama are helpful postures.
