Vajrasana
Bend your legs and sit on your knees by placing your heels under your hips. The heels should be open but the toes should be joined and the feet would be all on the ground. Now make your spine straight, place your hands on your knees while keeping the arms straight. You can sit in this posture at any time of the day even after eating your food or after travelling' a long distance. This will give rest to your tired legs. You can practise it while reading also. This asana is as useful as it is easy.
