Shashankasan
Sit in Vajrasana. Inhale and raise OOththe hands up above the head. The palms should point forward. Exhale and place the hands on the ground while bending slowly from the waist. The forehead should also touch the ground a little away from the knees. Stay in this posture for at least one minute and then relax completely. Concentrate on Agya Chakra.
The word ' Shashanka' in Sanskrit means moon. The person doing this asana resembles a moon.
Procedure

Sit on the floor with knees bent as in Vajrasana.

Inhale and raise both hands up.

Bend slowly from the waist while exhaling.

Place hands on the ground.

The forehead should touch the ground.

Remain in this position for few seconds.

Inhale and slowly raise the arms to a vertical position.

Exhale while lowering arms to the knees.
