Naoasana
Lie on ground with hands & feet as in TARASANA. While breathing-in raise feet, without bending knees & force toes to touch ground in area above the head & between two hands. From here, while breathing out return the feet back in starting position. At the same time swinging the upper portion of the body reach for the feet by hands & knees by head. Repeat the exercise five times. Throughout the exercise make sure knees do bend, toes stay stretched and concentration is on the spine which is being exercised.
